Spent there three nights, with family. We have give a property a perfect TEN, because: - The apartment is spacious, comfort, with a half meter thick walls that keeps the temperature (on the right side of the wall:), with all amenities that you need to live there - the compaund/yard cannot be categorized - it is basically a private botanic garden that is probably unique in the whole Booking site - Queluz - fantastic , beautifull small city, close enough to Lisbon, for a daily visits (train, or cheap Uber/Bolt), but also offering tranquility, low prices, and a feeling that you are really in Portugal, not amongst thousand of tourists.. - The host was amazing, available for any inquiry, but also descrete, not interfering in any way in our routines. In two full days we have managed to visit the main Lisbon attractions, but also to get to Cascais, Sintra, Cabo de Roca, Atlantic coast - perfect small vacation that a whole family chears to repeat, obviously with Villa Libania being our "base of operation" :)

Everything- Antonio is a charming host and the Vila is tastefully decorated and comfortable, set in delightful gardens.

* Double bed is actually two singles that separate quite easily * €150 deposit can only be paid in cash or via MBWay (which is only available to Portuguese residents) * Central heating is controlled by the hosts * No proper coffee machine - cafetiere only * Small amounts of toilet paper (4 rolls), tea, and coffee - maybe enough for a week's stay

not being able to choose the temperature of the house, some of the days it was cold in the morning and also at night and there was nothing we could do about it, should be a costumer choice of how comfortable he likes to be. also you receive 1 tower for the whole stay and the cost of an extra one is exaggerated

Our expectations were definitely exceeded! For anyone traveling to this part of Portugal I highly recommend Vila libania! The hosts of the apartments are the sweetest people, they take great care of their guests. They will great you very kindly, give tips on were to eat and go. The beautiful gardens were truly a sight to see, you discover new things every time you set foot into them. It was even bigger then we expected. You can take walks, or read a book on a bench in the sun. The pool was also a very nice option to cool off and relax! There are sunbeds available outside with a parasol. Because there are only 3 appartements on the property for guests It's never overwhelmed with people. It's a place were you can truly relax. You can eat breakfast outside, which you can get at a near supermarket, but they also provide a nice breakfast with warm croissants if you like! We stayed in apartment 2, which was very clean, had all the amenities we could wish for. Though I must admit it can be a little warm in the bedroom because there is no air-conditioning, there was a fan however so that helped. The washing machine is a great addition to the apartment which we used often. The beds and sleep coach were comfortable and everything was basically perfect. It is however a very quiet location, there are restaurants nearby but it's not a bustling town with lots of shops, we took taxi's to our activities and that worked out great. So that's something to take in mind, the town is not really touristy. There is a beautiful palace across the street with amazing gardens, but beyond that you'll need to go further for any other activities or sightseeing. But honestly that was not a problem at all for us! We liked the serenity the Vila gave us. Overall it was an amazing experience! We will definitely return if we make a trip to Portugal again.

House was very clean and tidy, everything was very good.

Comfortable apartment with access to a wonderful garden and pool. Antonio is a very friendly and competent host. The location is very quite and a little bit outside the city. Because of the metro in the near of the apartment you have good connection to the city and other areas though.

Antonio and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available to us with important information and great recommandations. The park, palace, restaurants and train station are all in walking distance.

A very well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed. The building itself and the garden around it are very pretty. Very friendly owner. We really enjoyed our time here.

It can be a bit far from the centre if you would want to spend a lot of time there, but the location itself is actually very nice. With a palace across the street, some cafés, and a nice park.

The beautiful gardens, the location near the park and palace. The way how the interiors are filled with caring details and decorations that were lovi ngly chosen. The fact that you are welcomed by a loving family, in there beautiful estate.

Hospitality at its best. Amazing location, beautiful gardens and tranquil atmosphere. Vila Libania is very well located, it is practically 15 minutes’ drive to the main points of interest (Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and the airport), not to mention that it is 300m from Queluz Palace which is a must to visit. Our apartment was very clean and very comfortable and bigger in reality than the pictures on Booking. The hosts were very welcoming and guided us to the best spots to visit during our short stay. Lena, thank you again for all your help and I will definitely recommend Vila Libania to all my friends and family. Hope to see you again soon.
