Someone said you can not better hotel in the center of Paris for this rate and I agree. Reminded me the 80's when I went to Paris first time. Old fashion and modest but everything works and clean.
For this price I got all I expected.

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metro e comoda per tutto. Lo staff è molto gentile. La camera è fornita di asciugacapelli, asciugamani, e il necessario.
Il bagno è troppo piccolo e gli interni un po’ vecchietti, sarebbe da rinnovare

The location was fantastic, very close to the metro. The fridge and kettle were handy. The old school feel was nice. The price was affordable.

When searching for an affordable accomodation, my main criteria were that I have my own room and bathroom and that the location is in a safe area, close to the metro and the city center. The hotel met these expectations. The metro is within a 5-minute walking distance. There is a shopping mall close by, as well as a McDonalds, KFC, IKEA, cafes, etc. The bed was clean and comfortable. You can leave your bags at the reception after checking out. I interacted with several members of staff, all of them were nice and helpful. I would come back, but probably not during summer.
The lack of air conditioning / fan can be an issue, especially considering that my room was on the 4th floor. Luckily I arrived after the July heatwave. I didn’t mind the steep stairs, but it might be challenging for someone travelling with a big suitcase. The filters on the ceiling above the kitchen area and in the bathroom were dirty/moldy, as well as the radiator.
