Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, for example offering free luggage storage the day of checkout. Quite clean!

No breakfast was provided. This hotel is on the edge of the outskirts of town. The room was clean. Check out was easy. I left the key on the shelf downstairs and I wrote a note on booking.com with a photo of the key on the shelf.
I could only pay for the room in cash. They did not accept credit cards. You have to check in at the cafe. The cafe closes early.
I was trying to seek assistance with getting a set of bath towels. I ended up messaging the hotel through booking.com. Towels arrived promptly, but the worker kicked open my front door after I accepted the towels from her. I don’t know why she kicked open my door, but I was not happy about that. There were no bath towels in the room.
I didn’t feel safe walking around after dark so I stayed in the room overnight. There is so much signage against prostitution and gambling in the room, so it seems like it would be an issue. I wake up in the middle of the night to noise in the hallway, but then I didn’t hear anything once the people went into their room.
