The location is great so close to bars restaurants and the beach. Near a fantastic waterpark.The pool gets the sun almost all day. The soundproofing meant you dont get the noise from the clubs just a little noise from all the animals opposite our door to the apartment. For the price it was good value. The air-conditioning is affective and good throughout the apartment.
Unfortunately the washing machine didn't work at it was stuck with stagnant water in it that had a really bad smell. What ever we tried we couldn't do anything about this. I payed a late fee of £20 because our flight didn't get in until late and we had an hour drive from faro airport so wouldn't arrive until midnight. And I messaged ahead to warn we would be arriving at the appartment in 10 mins when we got close. However when we got there we had a wait of 15 minutes for Oleg to let us in. He showed us around the appartment and then asked for a further 20 euros cash im guessing because it was late. I mentioned I already paid a late fee but Oleg insisted. As the appartment is cheap im not too surprised about this. Primavera sun is generally a bit rough around the edges but its worth it for the location and a very reasonable price.

the flat was spacious
only 1 blanket on each bed so it was cold in the night.
the hot water for a bath or washing up was only tepid
there was no handwash or washing up cleaner we had to buy it
communication to pick up keys was very difficult as was finding the location of the apartment block

Ruim appartement. 4e verdieping, lift aanwezig. Zeer schoon toen wij aan kwamen, Veel lichtinval. 2 grote slaapkamers met dubbel bed. Bedden geen hotelkwaliteit maar sliepen prima. Goed donker te maken dmv. Rolluiken, Verwarming dmv airco’s en was prima. Balkon op de zonkant. Uitzicht op zwembad. (Bezoek in maart en daarom niet gebruikt). Parkeerruimte voor de deur was er genoeg . De keuken was goed en volledig. Het appartement zit in een iets ouder gebouw. Ca 5 minuten lopen van het strand.
In het appartement waren weinig dekens aanwezig. Het was maart en 12 graden buiten ‘s nachts. Warm water komt van de geiser. Deze was niet in te stellen. Water daarom lauw. Verder was alles prima. Let op als je met kleine kinderen komt, de railing van het balkon is niet heel hoog. Minder hoog dan je wellicht zou verwachten.
‘S avonds (rond 12 uur) was er wel wat lawaai van de auto’s en motoren die vanuit het uitgaansgedeelte wegreden. Geluid hield vrij snel weer op.

Receção o anfitrião estava lá para nos receber e dar a chave, a casa estava limpa, localização em relação a praia ótima.
Reservei a casa para 5 adultos e uma criança, um dos adultos teve de dormir na sala, péssimo os cortinados que estavam lá, não cortavam luz nenhuma manchados, pontas penduradas, uma desgraça. Na casa de banho estava a indicação de caixa primeiros socorros, caixa não existia, toalha de mesa também não tinha, pouca louça!
