The pool and landscape was very nice and kept . There were life guards and the close access to the beach and surrounding restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pools were clean. Also the outside building was clean and neat.
The apartment wasn’t clean when we checked in, and I had to call the staff to come clean it. The AC remote batteries were also dead. Some of the pools were for owners only, which was confusing and frustrating because we were turned away before it was explained to us.
Overall, I think I’d prefer staying at a regular hotel. You get better service, clearer rules, and you feel more like a guest with access to the full facilities rather than having to figure out what you can and can’t use.
