Die Lage ist super, nur 2 Geheminuten bis zum Kieselstrand.
Sehr sparsame Küchenausstattung, kein Flaschenöffner, kein Korkenzieher, nur ein kleiner Löffel für zwei Personen. Eine Flasche Wasser im Kühschrank bei Ankunft wäre nicht schlecht.

We stayed in Villa Stefania for 9 nights, Georgios and Stefania are very nice people and always present for us when we needed, the room was clean (Greece standard), air conditioning new (even though it’s an extra paid service), kitchen was functional. The area was perfect, 3 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes to Acharavi centre, perfectly walkable distances. We had a car so the parking was very useful and big and we managed to explore a lot of the nearby beaches. The room was quiet and very well isolated from the outside!
WiFi was a bit slow but essential for chatting and calls. Unfortunately beds were separate, we tried to put them together but there was still space in the middle, anyway the mattress was comfortable. Acharavi is full of mosquitoes after sunset! Restaurants, beach, outside home, buy repellent for sure

I really liked the location of the accommodation, especially how close it was to the sea. There is a wide sandy and little stone beach right next to the property (5 min), where you can rent a sun umbrella and a sunbed for the whole day (€6 for an umbrella and a sunbed) + you can use pool.
The room was good, with a brand-new bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with everything we needed for a basic stay. The filter coffee maker was a great bonus! The beds were comfortable, so we slept really well, and even in the middle of summer, we didn’t really need to use the air conditioning. Of course, don’t expect luxury, but for this price range, it was really good.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. During our stay, they changed our towels and bed linen, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed, such as arranging a taxi.
Acharavi is a great place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet getaway by the sea.

La proximité de la mer, la moustiquaire dans la chambre.
Il yavait une odeur terrible de moisissures qui venait de meubles de cuisine. Je pense que les propriétaires sont bien au courant mais ne font rien. Il faut en tout cas changer ses meubles!
