Nothing. Everything was satisfactory.

Great location within walking distance of all the major sites. Comfortable and clean - perfect for two.

The location of the property was amazing. Right in the heart of everything, cafes just steps away, grocery store a minute's walk away, Duomo only 5 minute's away. Truly a great location. Apartment itself was clean and had most of what you needed.
The shower seemed to be completed by a handyman who wasn't sure what he wanted to do. I had to really watch my step to feel secure, while trying to have a proper shower. Slipped a couple of times, because I had to have one foot on an upper portion of the shower, with the other foot on the lower portion. Very strange. The TV also didn't work. The host didn't mention that, and we felt that it's something that should have at least been mentioned. The silverware is a bit sparse, and the one wine opener wasn't very good at all, and should be replaced. Felt the apartment could definitely use a woman's touch.
