Big beautiful apartment with 2 large bedrooms, sofa bed, kitchen area and big bathroom- lots of room! The location is perfect, super central and close to everything. Lovely facilities such as washing machine, hob, air con etc. Safe apartment in residential building. Bus stop right outside which will take you to Florence train station perfectly, (more difficult getting to the apartment as the small mini-buses are in demand and very busy- I had to change this arrival plan). The staff are friendly and the instructions are clear to get to the apartment from the office you collect the keys from (2 min walk). The noise wasn’t as bad as everyone says, Monday-Wednesday night was absolutely fine. Thursday night was noisier until around 3am but the windows blocked it really well for me and I am a light sleeper!
The cleaning could be improved, I had to re-clean the apartment upon my arrival. Some crumbs and debris on the sofa bed top-sheet, dirt in the fridge door handles and general dust all over. Just to reiterate: Lots of stairs with no lift- (it does not affect my rating as I expected this anyway from previous reviews and prepared myself!) Another traveller-to-traveller tip, please check you’re confident opening the doors with the keys before reception closing hours (as I was locked out for over 1 hour late at night and had to ask strangers to help me with the keys - they also struggled!, as there is no emergency number after 6pm). I originally thought I was okay with the keys but afterwards I really struggled and the tip is to pull the doors towards you which may be useful if they add this to the instructions upon arrival. The reception kindly came to show me how to use the door the following day, but I just don’t want anyone to experience being locked out alone!

Close to museums and pizza outlets
Need to climb a steep 4 flights of stairs to reach the 3 rd floor apartments .
Very old style keys takes time to get use to it .
Make sure someone shows you how to get inside .

If you can't do stairs avoid this hotel you have to go upstairs carrying the luggage, 65 steps, very noisy from outside not comfy beds horrible mattress
