Een mooie grote familiekamer en het Posthuys ligt op een toplocatie in de duinen. Zelfs het fietsen van de 8 km naar dorp voor supermarkt en restaurantjes viel mee, ondanks de schemer of het donker.

Geen eenvoudig en goedkoper ontbijt bij te boeken en pas vanaf half 10. Geen restaurantmogelijkheden na half 6; en dat was te vroeg voor ons.

Het hotel ligt tussen de duinen op 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Erg rustige locatie

De locatie, de mogelijkheid om een kopje koffie te maken, fijn terras. Opstappen op de boot naar Texel.

WiFi deed het niet. En, echt belangrijk: overdekte fietsenstalling ontbreekt. Met een paar plaatjes golfplaat ben je al een heel eind. Ik kwam net mijn eigen fiets en daar zorg ik goed voor..
