Quiet, spacious and very clean room. Very comfortable beds, all the facilities very nice and clean.
No problems with entering the hotel and room, the code was sent via text.
Good location with just a short walk to shops, restaurants and to train station with good connection to Legoland and other interesting places i.e. Jelling or Odense.
There was no information about the Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel and even though we arrived at the hotel around 5pm, checked reception at 6pm, 9pm and at 8am in the morning, there was not a soul to help us finding the password to Wi-Fi.
This information should be in the room or at least somewhere in the reception area. We were not able to connect to Wi-Fi and had to use personal data. We had not seen anyone from the staff team during our stay.

Located in the city centre, value for money, easy access. The room was comfortable but no kettle or fridge.
Didn’t know tea & coffee were available on level 1 complimentary

Good location. Fabulous single staff member on-site who was super lovely, very hard working, really helpful and kind.
It felt like everything was done on the cheap - room was clean but basic, window fittings needed repair, only one soap pump in the bathroom (one in the shower would be nice), very simple furnishings.
