We had a wonderful stay! The host was fantastic, with great communication before, during, and after our visit. The location was perfect—close to both the beach and Split Old Town, yet in a quiet neighbourhood.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to anywhere was 8-10 min. The most we walked to a destination was about 20 min. One was hiking the Marjan hill which was 20 min and the other was to the ferries.
I did not mind this, but there is no laundry service but the nearest was a self service spot 0600-2100 every day. I wouldn't say this was something that was bad, just know that if you need to do laundry you will have to leave the premise and do it somewhere else.

Amazing stay, had everything we needed. The host Nevrenka was lovely, gave us great recommendations and organised a great airport transfer.
