Das Appartement A war sehr groß und sauber. Besonders toll war die große Terrasse und der kostenlose Eintritt ins nahegelegene Strandbad. Für den Besuch von Kaltern u.a. Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ein Auto erforderlich.
Die Wohnung ist unten. Da der Zugang nur über die Terrassentür erfolgt und es keine weitere Tür bzw. Fenster gab, wurde es nachts wegen geschlossener Terrassentür sehr stickig. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng und steil und große Autos hatten damit Probleme.

Aussicht perfekt, Zimmer 7 hatte eigenen Parkplatz direkt an Haustüre, 2Balkone um der Hitze ausweichen zu können, Schlafzimmer hatte mehrere Fenster (ist wohl in nicht allen Wohnungen der Fall), getrennt stehende Betten wenn man nicht als Paar unterwegs ist sehr angenehm

Kein ausreichender Sonnenschutz, extrem heiße Terrasse die dann nicht mehr zu benutzen ist, sehr hellhörig, man hat in der Wohnung wenig ruhige Zeiten, Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Zugang zum See an Öffnungszeiten des Freibades gebunden was absolut ärgerlich war und für Schwimmfreunde eine echte Einschränkung, da bei Bewölkung oder Regen, Morgens und Abends gar kein Zugang möglich war, sehr laute Putzfrauen, oberflächlich alles sehr sauber, unter den Betten sehr schmutzig, Matratzen hart

The kitchen is spacious, complemented by a decent-sized living room with a dining area. The highlight is the large balcony—more like a small terrace—that offers stunning views of the lake. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to walk straight into the apartment without going through a lobby or shared entrance.
We stayed here from 16-23 July - The apartment was uncomfortably hot inside. There was no air conditioning (this was known to me before booking) or ceiling fans, and only one portable fan was provided upon request for the entire apartment.
The bedroom in our apartment was quite narrow, which meant the two single beds had to be placed in a line rather than side by side.
Additionally, various bugs and mosquitoes frequently found their way into the apartment.
