We had an amazing stay at Kastro Oia Houses and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.
The location is truly exceptional, with an incredible sunset view that made every evening feel special.
The breakfast spread was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared—a wonderful way to start each day. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
A special thank you to the kind and lovely lady in charge(Hotel Owner), whose warmth and hospitality made us feel especially well looked after.
Kastro Oia Houses combines beautiful views, excellent service, and a memorable atmosphere. We would gladly return!

I met the property owner in the restaurant above the room. She was very nice, let us in the room and showed us everything. The view from the room as really nice, and if you opened both the window and the back door, we had cool wind coming in through.
The room had a bit of a funky smell. Air-condition was a bit loud and not so effective in the difficult hours of the day (Mid august). The unit also had a dehumidifier that was loud as well so I had to turn it off. Breakfast was a 6 at best, with store bought yogurt, store bought cake, bread wasn't fresh. The room and the jacuzzi weren't as clean as I think it should be. Water in the jacuzzi were with oily layer on top. The bed mattress was very hard, I had bad back pain within three days. IMHO the house needs renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at Kastro Houses in Oia. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views.
A special thank you to Mike, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of. The staff were also lovely, especially Ahmed, who was friendly, attentive and always happy to help.
The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was really good.

The view is incredible. We had a patio and umbrella and sat there every night for sunset.
We walked from the main street down a little twisting staircase which I loved and was the experience I wanted but we were very close to our neighbors.
They communicated well and organized rides from the airport and to the ferry and had people carry our bags.
Breakfast was good- eggs, yogurt, sausage, croissants, fresh orange juice
The room smelled like cat pee. There are stray cats everywhere and one definitely peed on the couch in the room.
I knew this would be a problem booking it but I wish there wasn't a Jacuzzi in the room. The whole place was damp and smelly. We had a dehumidifier run the entire time and it was noisy.
The wifi was okay in the room but didn't work on the patio.
