Lavender scented air conditioning! Wow! That's a first!
Liked it all! But we weren't sure how to check in as the host wasn't on site. Other guests helped us and once we had messaged, it was easy.

Our fourth stay here and always find it comfortable and close to the town of St Remy. Lovely atmosphere and the pools are great! Comfortable rooms as well.
Towels need replacing - very thin. The outdoor ‘summer kitchen’ should always be in a clean condition. We didn’t use the microwave, hot plate or small oven as they were dirty. Since Katy has left, the girls serving breakfast and servicing rooms are a little disorganised. Tables should be set up with cloths and other things before the customers come down. The girls are great and hard working but maybe need more practise?

The outside areas (pool and the patio) were lovely, great location too!
Our aircon was ineffective and noisy. Our floors were dusty/dirty, and our towels and bedsheets had small stains on them.
