Lovely stay in a lovely home!

The view, the welcome food and drinks on the first day and the fact Sybille and Alberto were so amazing and helpful!!

It is a bit out of the centre so definitely consider hiring a car as taxis were quite hard to find in October.

We just loved the apartment, it's large (fully fenced, dog friendly) garden and stunning lake view.

We just loved the apartment, it's large (fully fenced, dog friendly) garden and stunning lake view. Alberto and his daughter Sybille made us feel right at home and had the apartment stocked with everything you can think of (or did not think of!). Bellagio town center (reachable on foot with a shortcut) and surroundings (dont forget to take the ferry) are very beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time here! Very clean, comfortable and beautiful! Sybille and Alberto were very friendly and helpful. Given us all necessary information in advance and also at site. (Very fast communication!!) We have been staying a lot of "house type", and we would say the facility of this house was outstanding!! Not only the "air conditioner" in all rooms (which was fantastic of course), but all small things in kitchen, or in the bath rooms, all over the place, we can find the heart of hospitality from Sybille and Alberto. Especially my wife was "amazed" with all preparation in the house! 100% recommended!!

Wonderful stay in a fabulous place

The house is better than the taken pictures. The lake view from the terrace was fabulous although there is an electricity cable is crossing in the air, it doesn’t matter. The house is very clean and everything we need for cooking or for eating was perfectly prepared in the kitchen. The garden is so lovely and it is very nice place for just lying down almost all day. The laundry machine works well. The host family’s hospitality was exceptional. They were so nice, kind, friendly and easy to communicate with comprehensive introduction for both house and the town when we check-in. This place is a bit out of town, but that gives this house plus if you have the car - very quiet and cozy from bustling tourists. I will definitely come back this house if I will come again to Bellagio.

Very clean with secure garden for our dogs. Hosts very helpful and friendly. View from terrace and garden was outstanding!! Good digital connection. Arrived on Sunday so no shops open but hosts left a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to easily cover until Monday - much appreciated.

Perfect Vacation/Remote Office in Bellagio!

Wonderfully friendly and amazing hosts! They worked quickly to prepare our accommodations as we were arriving far earlier than check in time. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, snacks, drinks, water bowl for the dog and helpful information. They were very responsive to all our questions. The villa had fast 5G wifi (just needed to reset the router on the first day) for working remotely, including video calls. Our dog loved playing out in the fenced yard. They even had citronella candles so we could enjoy the view and wine on the balcony overlooking Lake Como without mosquitoes. Wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations!

Super hosts, Sybille does a wonderful job. Alberto is wonderful also! Very hospitable!

The view! The comfort of the whole house. The warm hospitality of the hosts. Food and drink welcoming us when we got there, and full explanations of everything in the house. Even, excellent recommendations for restaurants, excursions, and how to walk into town. The shortcut walk is rocky steps and pathway, and then across a grassy field. Wear good stable shoes!

We didn’t want to leave!

Bellagio made for a dream vacation - much enjoyment was due to the local knowledge of our hosts!

Our fantastic hosts, Alberto and Sybille, greeted us at the property. They stocked the fridge with breakfast foods, snacks, and prosecco. The house is quiet, safe, and with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. A perfect location from which to base your Bellagio visit, there are several charming restaurants and a scooter shop a four minute walk up the street. We rested well and received the best restaurant and villas/ferry/trails advice from our hosts. Amazing holiday; we can't wait to return!

Bellagio Sunrise is an authentic Italian home- rustic and comfortable with gorgeous views!

Alberto, Sybilla, and family were very gracious hosts, meeting us at the bus station in and making two trips to get us and our belongings to their home. It was all we expected-a comfortable family home to return to at night after a busy day in town! The hosts left sufficient food for both breakfasts and a snack or two plus we were greeted with a plate of h’or d’ouevres and a bottle of wine, which we left for the next guests! Sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and enjoying the fragrances of the lush garden while viewing the lake was a feast for the senses! As others mentioned, it’s a walk up the hill without a car but we walked down and got a taxi up the hill and that worked well. We feasted on local fare at a nearby pizzaria and spent a day wandering Bellagio, shopping and eating gelato. In the evening our daughters climbed the cherry tree and we ate of the sweet fruit joyfully aware that this was a moment to remember- simple, sensory, authentic and special. I don’t think we could have been happier with our choice of accommodation! Many thanks, Alberto and Sybilla! Grazi!

It would have been nice to have a washing machine.
