Très court mais on aurait pas voulu rester plus longtemps

Le jardin magnifique et le déjeuner copieux et vraiment bon et bien servi. La patronne sympathique

A comfortable stay with great breakfasts and access to a brilliant beach. Fantastic staff.

Lovely scattering of rustic bungalows near a superb beach. Monica and the other staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Just perfect!

Our sixth stop was in Chia. It was a dream! We were extremely positively impressed with this hotel. Both the room and the compound were very well cleaned and super quiet. The hotel has an amazing view with excellent facilities. The location of the hotel was beyond great and the staff was very very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a great large parking lot. Highly recommended.

Good location to explore Sa Colonia Beach and Chia

Location was great, shortcut though walk to the a very nice beach (Sa Colonia Beach) with clear blue water and a beautiful view at torre Chia. Staff was super friendly. Fresh homemade pies (warm from the oven) for breakfast.

The room smelled musty and dusty. The bathroom was really small, making shower time really uncomfortable even to short people like me. The outside cold shower was better than the room one.

Large room with entrance from the garden and patio, lovely breakfast area with view on fruit trees. Friendly welcoming owner. Vicinity to great beaches.

The place looks like a proper hotel with rooms in stand-alone units spread within a nice garden, but staff is reduced to a minimum and this has a visible impact on the general run-down bb look and feel.

Location is very close to a great beach. Room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Place has a rustic feel and a good spot to switch off for a few days. Really excellent, plentiful breakfast with lots of options

Price:value is high but that seems to be the general rule in the area. Staff are kind but service is more rural guesthouse than hotel-like Two of the restaurants in walking distance were closed but perhaps that was due it being mid-wek in early season

Very good

Quiet and convenient location. Beautiful setting in a garden, pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast.

Wifi is weak with occasional interruptions. Rooms are not very soundproof.

Good stay in this hotel, but we felt it is a tad too expensive compared to other places.

Good stay in this hotel. Very good and ample breakfast. The room was large. 3 electrical sockets available on each side of the bed, which is very practical to recharge all our devices. The staff is friendly and speaks English well enough. Very good location, close to two very good beaches nearby. Restaurants are not far either by car. Easy parking in the hotel's garden.

Very slow wifi in the room (it gets better if you go to the breakfast/reception building). The mattress was not very comfortable. One evening the neighbours made some noise until late and we could hear that.

We really appreciated the staff. Very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located really close to one of the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. The hotel is very comfy and quiet, in the middle of nowhere.

una bellissima esperienza !

- monica and silvana are very nice hosts. - the breakfast at il gabbiano is simply wonderful: all one can imagine is there, nice and fresh every morning, including fruit, eggs, cheese and homemade cake of all kinds. - close to some of the most wonderful beaches of sardinia

- simply nothing to complain about... just a wonderful stay.

Fair accommodation but limited facilities which could be improved upon

Nice and private accommodation and exceptional area of Sardinia

Hosts not particularly happy or informative. Breakfast limited. Mainly cakes which were delicious. Nothing to do in evening at all
