Easy check in/out and great location, the hotel is right next to a main train junctions as it's Akabane, where you are connected with a few JR lines that take you everywhere in Tokyo.
The breakfast is good value for money.

Nice hotel with rooms that are spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The location is excellent, only 2 minutes from the station and directly connected to the main tourist area. There are also many restaurants nearby.
The reception staff were friendly and communication in English was possible without any problem. The breakfast was pretty good, with Japanese, Western, and Indian options available.
However, we had a disappointing experience during breakfast one morning. A large group seemed to be prioritized by the staff even though we had already arrived earlier and were seated at our table. The group was also very loud and behaved as if the breakfast room was reserved for them, despite it being a shared space for all guests. What made the situation worse was that the staff insisted that we give up our table, even though we were hotel guests and had arrived before the group. This unfortunately left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant stay.
