Stayed here for 10 days. So close to the station and shops, very convenient. There’s free drinks every night. They have package service so I can order things on Amazon and directly receive at front desk.
Room is not cleaned too thoroughly, got handprint left on the headboard the day I arrived, and carpet looks old and not cleaned very well. Normally the room is cleaned every three days, but on the last cleaning day I was in the room until noon and had “do not disturb”on. But when I came back at night, it was still not cleaned and not even towels provided.
Most front desk staff had good attitude, except for an older male staff who was not responsive when I talk to him in Japanese, I thought that was very rude.
Room is quite small.
Takes three scans of room key to open my door every time.

It’s near a train station just across is the Akabane Station. A lot of good restaurants too and shopping malls.

This hotel has a perfect location, literally right beside Akabane Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo.
One of the highlights is the spacious ground-floor lounge, which is open until midnight and available for guests to enjoy food purchased from outside. They also offer complimentary drinks, coffee, and light snacks throughout the day, and even hosted a free sake tasting one evening, which was a nice touch.
After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. When we returned before heading to the airport, we were welcome to use the lounge to reorganize and repack our bags, do a final check of our belongings, and freshen up in the restroom. We really appreciated not being rushed.
There's also a Lawson convenience store right next door, along with plenty of restaurants, small shopping malls, and local shops within walking distance. Overall, it's an excellent choice for both convenience and comfort.

The staff was friendly and it was a great location.
The TV broke during the stay and they were not able to repair it so we went days without television. The TV also had a technical issue connecting to phones. The staff was very accommodating and offered to switch our room but it seemed as though it was not worth it.
