Muy buena atención del camarero del restaurante, muy amable y explicando o que hacía falta. El desayuno y la cena muy bien servidos los platos.
La habitaciones tienen balcón cómodos para distenderse en los sillones. La piscina muy linda y siempre muy limpia. El entorno de jardín y el parque, amplio, acompañan muy bien la estadía. Es todo muy tranquilo y cómodo. Aconsejable.
Te da un poco de sorpresa la calle de acceso al hotel. Es de tierra, irregular, tiene algunos baches pero es algo propio de Arusha. Obviamente la zona central y avenidas son todas pavimentadas, pero hay calles con poco mantenimiento, pero todo queda claro y tranquilo al llega a la puerta del Hotel. El entorno no siempre coincide con el interior del hotel, todo ordenado y organizado. Pero el entorno es bueno conocerlo porque es la vida cotidiana de la población.
El wifi del hotel a veces no conecta bien desde la habitación.
El baño es amplio y cómodo, pero la ducha esta en un habitáculo con puerta corrediza puede resultar un poco incómodo.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied by day. Restaurant was always open and service-minded (even delivering to our room). Menu items reasonably priced. We loved the location, set a bit back from the main road, plenty of opportunity to take a walk in the 'villagey' surroundings.
Restaurant takes some time to prepare food. This is easily solved by ordering beforehand.

Jonathan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Happy and the other staff were so friendly and kind. The airport shuttle is very convenient too. The rooms are nice and are a great value. the grounds were beautiful and had a pool and a nice playground for the little ones to play at. The restaurant has good food, and the free breakfast was great...they even made us "to-go" box breakfasts for our 4:30 am shuttle departure to the airport!
The food took a little long at the restaurant...but we had a LOT of people in our group and obviously other guest were there also. Had a little trouble with the card readers come checkout time...but now I'm nitpicking...Not much we DIDN'T like. overall great, relaxing stay. Maybe a little far from the action downtown...but that also meant it was nice and quiet!

nice place, friendly people and very OK pricing
restaurant is boring, both in design and the food quality. (make a nice terrace outside in stead of a bunker)
