Spacious room. Quiet despite the location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent bar. Didn't try the food so can't comment on that though the menu looked excellent. Superb location for everything we needed in Windsor.

Great location with 24 hour access after check-in. Very nice and helpful staff. Dog friendly. The food in the pub below was good and they have a lovely garden in the back. Very nice regular customers. My room was clean and they provided a fan. Surprisingly quiet, good night sleep!
You can't drop off bags prior to check-in, or even get inside as there is no front of the house staff available until the pub opens at noon. My single room was on the top floor with narrow, steep stairs. Not a lot of space to lay open a suitcase.

The staff was great. We could leave our luggages after checking out. The food was also good and the location is very convenient, 600m from the castle.
The room was extreemly hot and only half of the window could be open. The room was small for 3 people. The bathroom was tiny and had no hanger for showering towels.

The localisation
No staff, the fire alarm went from 6 am to 10am non stop, and no one to contact.
A little desk was in the description and wasn't in the room.
Have to quit the in by the backdoor, not a fan.
