dotato di aria condizionata e servizi necessari
vicino alle spiagge e non lontano da Chioggia
Non abbiamo mai usato la macchina per tutta la settimana
buone opzioni per mangiare e usufruire del mare a prezzi accettabili
moltissime opportunità di visitare luoghi culturali di eccezione.
facile la visita a Venezia in giornata.
Parcheggi gratuiti introvabili, anche se teoricamente disponibili.
un paio di mensole in più nel bagno potrebbero aiutare a gestire gli oggetti da toilette.

Die Wohnung im 1.Stock war sehr geräumig und hell was uns zu dritt gut gefallen hat. Mittig ist der Wohnraum mit Küche zur Gasse und links und rechts abseits der Gassen sind die beiden Schlafzimmer, auf der einen Seite mit Toilette, auf der anderen mit kompletten Bad/Toillete. Der Checkin und Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und ausführlich, auch spätere Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Die Ausstattung, Materialien und die Betten waren sehr gut. Es war ruhig in den Schlafzimmern. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen, in der Altstadt, nahe zum Zentrum in Chioggia , aber auch ok zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck.
Es gab keine Seife und in der Küche ist die Ausstattung eigentlich gut, aber ohne Salz/Pfeffer/Zucker oder ähnliches.
Zum Parkplatz: es ist nicht ratsam direkt an der etwas aufgeweiteten kleinen Straße an der Unterkunft zu parken, da es von den Anwohnern nicht gern gesehen wird und man auch angesprochen wird und ehrlicherweise eigentlich gar kein Platz bzw. kein regulärer Parkplatz dort ist. Die Vermieterin schlug uns zwar vor dort zu parken, aber es ist insgesamt dort alles zu eng. Also Koffer dort ausladen geht gut und entweder an der Straße parken (kostenlos) oder am großen Parkplatz (mit Kosten) an der Brücke, auch nicht weit weg… ist für alle besser.

Pár apróság hiányzik a konyhából (pl. fakanál). Nem volt huzat a takaróhoz.

Air conditioning and cooking facilities good. Close to s/market and fruit/vegetables stalls.
The host spoke very little English therefore very hard to get an understanding of what was required. (Do not book if you cannot speak Italian). T/V out of service upon arrival, reported straight away - 3 days for action to happen. Repair man turned up at 8.20am to remove it for repair on the day prior to our departure. CONSTANT NOISE- from the above apartment, toilets flushing, showers running and hairdryers. Hearing the people moving around the above apartment (footsteps) very annoying.
