The place, the room was all nice and cozy, a lovely staycation away from the city. It is summer, but the evening in the desert was pleasant and breezy. The dinner was nice too.
Overall, very nice 1-day stay and getaway.
Leya, the receptionist, was so kind, very helpful, and polite. Keep up the great work.
I wouldn't necessarily say I don't like it; it's more of the following:
- Breakfast was good, but could be a little better with more variety, given we are far out in the desert
-I understand we are far out in the desert, maybe a slightly covered parking would be great, especially when it is the summer time
- We had some GPS issues, so finding the location was hard. I would suggest to somehow think of putting a sign on the main road Al Shooda street, to at least know where to turn, as it wasnt straight forward finding the place

The staff were exceptionally attentive, very warm and hospitable. The entertainment segment was also great and enjoyable. Food was adequate, and there are facilities for kids and a good pool.

Some of the staff were polite and respectful.
The food, both dinner and breakfast, was extremely poor and disappointing. The quality was unacceptable in every aspect, and it felt as though very cheap ingredients were used. It was surprising that none of the food options were good at all.
The activities and shows were very limited and lasted only around two hours. Only two out of the four activities were acceptable. For the rest of the night, guests were left alone in the middle of the desert with no Wi-Fi and no activities available, which was very frustrating given the location.
In addition, some staff members asked for baqshesh more than once, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate.
The road leading to the location was also not suitable for sedan cars. Reaching the place in a sedan was difficult and inconvenient.
