엘레베이터 대수가 적고, 같이 있는 엘레베이터 한쌍이 연동이 되지않아 매층 서는 문제가 생겨 엘레베이터를 기다리는 시간이 길어서 상당히 불편합니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 시간이 특히 심각하고 점심, 저녁시간에도 오랜시간 대기해야 했습니다. 엘레베이터 연동 개선이 필요해 보입니다.

Great option for families skiing at High1. We cooked food in our kitchenette. There is a well supplied GS25, helpful gear rental shop with discounted lift passes. We didn't use the shuttle bus, but it's a nice option. Even during a holiday week we still had no trouble parking at the Valley ski house, which was only a few minutes drive away. I would stay here again. It's a great value and excellent location.
The bed was uncomfortable and room was very hot, so we had to leave our balcony door open through the night. The hotel is near the train tracks, so it can be noisy. They provide only small hand towels, so we brought our own full size towels.

The check-in and out process was the simplest I've had anywhere. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
There's a train that went by several times that was so loud it shook the windows. It was cool to see but would probably bother a lot of people.
In the morning when we were getting ready to leave, I couldn't get any hot water. When I would turn the sinks to hot, nothing would even come out.

the hotels provides very spacious rooms that include great bathrooms and a full kitchen. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski mountain.
the ski shuttle is very small. at the end of the day, the line to go back to the hotel was over 1 hour long. the front desk was helpful but not friendly. the breakfast was not very fresh or well stocked. I recommend bringing your own food for breakfast.
