The perfect location

Great location, easy to access everything we wanted. Our room had a terrace with great views and was a lovely space to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the addition of a fridge was really appreciated. The Riad organised a taxi for us to Akchour which was really appreciated.
The air conditioning was positioned in a way that struggled to cool the whole room. The light in the bathroom flickered and the sink in the room leaked heavily. The lights on the terrace did not work. The breakfast was fine but nothing notable. The staff were often not at the front desk which meant we struggled to ask questions to them, they weren’t even present for our check out so we had to leave the key on the desk.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room decor was very pretty and it was spotlessly clean. The lovely terrace with the amazing view.
The smell. Ever since we entered the hotel , it stank of the drain, the bathroom smell was unbearable , the bad smell, the shower area was too small to move around. The ac didn’t work well and we couldn’t sleep through the night because of the bad smell all through the night
