Great location but far from being even remotely clean

Perfect location All in all the location and price balance out how dirty the flat is.

Incredibly dirty, don’t expect all the other reviewers to have been unlucky, you will find it exactly as described.

Edgware Road Flat

The flat was clean The bedding, towels were clean The shower was clean and worked well The flat was quiet and I got a good night's sleep

The check in process could have been clearer. I would be clear that the keys can be picked up from the restaurant at the front of the property. The aesthetic of the flat is in need of tidying up and some of the furniture is worn/in need of replacement

Not as expected, but convenience tempted this choice.

It was convenient for location and price for central London events. Good size for what was required.

The sofa bed was old and ripped (leather seat), no hot water in the shower. The flat was not very clean definitely needs a deep clean as stains could be seen. Disappointed that no steps were mentioned to access the flat as it days “ground floor” for someone with sight impairment this information should be shared. The contact person wanted I’d sent via WhatsApp as he was not available for picking of keys which did not feel appropriate with asking for personal information but stated he required this before he could give information on obtaining the keys in this heat wave after travelling for 4 hours to get to London and property was not helpful. Check out no information where or what to do so when telephoned again no consideration of phone call. Property is next to restaurant which is where the keys were obtained and did not always feel comfortable with someone at night sat outside the front door. The flat lock has no double lock felt unsafe without this feature.

The person at the reception desk where we picked up our key was very kind.

Bugs in the shower drain, damaged furniture, filth and dust everywhere.
