The room was comfortable and being right at the pool was so convenient and not at all noisy like you might think. The staff were lovely and the varied breakfast options were great (though my partner says the fresh waffles/pancakes were the highlight).
The pool is very refreshing and not completely full of chemicals, which is perfect for me with sensitive skin! This does mean there's some signs of moss around the pool but we'd rather that than the overpowering scent of chlorine.
The location is a decent walk or taxi ride from the central markets but this meant it was mostly quieter. The only outside sounds we really heard were from the local mosques.
The room could have used a small safe for your belongings and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There are some signs of age/damp starting.

Great location and staff were really helpful before we arrived organising drivers for us. For the price, this was really excellent.
The bathroom had a really bad sewage smell and also we couldn't use the tv. We reported this and someone came to take a look but the issues weren't resolved.

A really comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good. I would absolutely stay there again. The breakfast is exceptional.
Only the call to prayer at about 4am that is very loud and goes on for a good 15-20 minutes. Impossible to sleep through but the hotel can't do anything about that.

The staffs is friendly and helpful specially those in charge in security. They all so attentive and responsive to guests needs
The room cleanliness, i did report that my bathroom drainage is block and they said sending their technician to fix it but unfortunately it is not fixed. Also my Air Condition is leaking no one fix it. Their swimming pool also dirty. They set up dirty bath towel.
