Amazing stay at a beautiful centrally located apartment

Excellent modern apartment in the center of old town. The apartment is in a pedestrian area, but we were provided very clear instructions (with pictures) on how to get to it. The parking is 20 Euros but well worth it as you are in the center of Seville. The communication was excellent from the time of booking. The apartment itself was very modern, clean and exactly like the pictures. The reception ladies were very helpful (just remember they are usually available 10:30AM to 2PM). But the most important thing is the location. You are centrally located with everything within a 10 minute walk. Seville itself is very beautiful and we had an excellent stay.

The apartment may be a bit noisy for light sleepers(horse carriages on cobbled streets) , but small price to pay for the central location.

Amazing location, very clean and quiet. For sure will be back and we will recommend.

The location is the biggest plus, it's just around the corner from the Cathedral. Very clean and spacious apartment. Had a sofa bed as comfortable as the bed, tv both in bedroom and living room, central heating. Has a big terrace at the last floor with incredible views. Very nice and complete service at the check in time. Very helpful and kind staff.

It would have been very nice to have a coffee machine in the apartment (we had just a coffee pot).

Excellent location, self check in options, impeccably clean apartment.

The walls are rather thin and the alley on which it is located is fairly busy. As a result, it can be noisy at night.

Spacious upmarket apartment a street away from top sights.

Location….close to the cathedral and Alcázar. Wonderful staff who went above and beyond with our list luggage. Modern and clean with excellent bathroom. Free washer and dryers in basement. Safe underground parking and delightful 4th floor outdoor terrace with views of La Giralda

Lovely apartment that couldn't have been more centrally located on a quiet street. The apartment was clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. There was also a space for a car.

Fantastic location, big and clean apartment

Excellent apartment. Location was fantastic. We were minutes from the cathedral. Also nice that we were at the edge of the pedestrian zone so it's not too far a walk from the parking garage (not affiliated with the hotel, the garage is a city garage; we just left our car there untouched for 3 days). The 2-bedroom apartment was huge, much bigger than anticipated, and immaculate. It was nice having a kitchen, even if we barely used it (the food was all too good in Seville!). The apartment was quiet and we appreciated the light-blocking curtains. We barely interacted with the staff, but they were gracious and accommodating to our late arrival. Check in process was very easy with codes provided. Lockers are available to store your belongings after checkout. Communal washer/dryer in the basement was a nice surprise. Overall we loved our 3-night stay in Seville and would highly recommend this apartment.

Nothing. Make sure you get directions to the garage rather than the apartment if you're parking a car. It's only a 2-minute walk away.

fantastic location! Clara (the woman who worked in reception) was EXCEPTIONAL!! she was so helpful with making reservations and helping us get oriented in Sevilla. loved the windows that we could open to get fresh air, and there was plenty of space.

the shower did not drain well. the pull out couch was dreadfully uncomfortable.

Great location, apartment, staff and parking

The property is a bit tricky to find in a car as it is in a pedestrianised area in the centre of a city and you have to cross tramlines too. We used the directions and Google's streetview to prepare ourselves and this helped quite a lot. Avenida de Roma is a one-way street in the wrong direction for the first part, so you must put in No 13 as advised to get to the right part of the road. The apartment was clean, well planned, the receptionist very helpful & the written notes were excellent. Underground secure parking was great, car parking spaces not too small but a tight turn to access and leave. The location is the key, it's walking distance to the main sights, shopping and restaurants, banks etc. and for access to the tram (only one line with 5 stops but worth the €1.70 for fun!), the boats and the bus tours.

Although the road is pedestrianised, it can still be a bit noisy with the windows open as it is a thoroughfare going towards the Alcazar.

Exceptional

A much better option than a tourist hotel at a more reasonable price. It's more like executive suites or extended stay hotels in the US. The staff here are amazing and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and introduce you to the best parts of their neighborhood. The apartments are VERY spacious and lack nothing. We love waking up in the morning with our coffee and looking across the plaza and seeing the Sevillianos who are also getting up in their apartments, so you get the true local experience. There is also a small garage for those who drive.

Comfort at the highest level

The apartment is in the very center of the city, but with access "on own wheels". Underground garage available. An amazing treat for those traveling by motorbike. Fantastic, large "sky" terrace with an electrically operated awning. A great place for breakfast or evening chillout. Nice views from the windows.

The only drawback of this apartment is the need to sleep in the living room if it is rented by 6 people. It is perfect for 4 people.

Ideal for families or those wanting to be centrally located.

Location is ideal: in the center of Seville with parking so we could leave the car in the garage and walk everywhere. The terrace was so nice in the evenings, the rooms spacious, and the marble tile cool on our feet after walking around. Sparkling clean.

100% must stay in if you are in Sevilla .

Gema was amazing. She sent detailed instructions how to get there (by car), how/where to park, and how to get into the apartments. Very quick response to our questions as well. This place is a gem. Location is amazing. 5min walk east to P. de Espana. 5 min walk west to Real and Catedral and into old town. Apartment was HUGE (2 bedrooms). We didn't really cook in the apartment (who wants with all the great restaurants around). Very comfortable beds.

Location and cleanliness were top notch!

We arrived early and the manager met us to make sure we had a place to store our luggage and get us into the parking garage. I didn't understand I was supposed to make parking arrangements beforehand, but she just helped us out anyway. Access code and a key were very helpful. The location could not have been any better. We walked everywhere. Entire place was very clean and well-stocked kitchen. We cracked the window because it was a little warm, and mosquitoes came in and we got bit. So leave the windows closed :). Having laundry on site was super nice, but bring your own detergent. We loved this entire experience and would highly recommend staying here.
