Pretty much everything. It’s in a vintage building in a great location. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The continental breakfast is good and reasonably priced. The food in the restaurant is superb. Last but least, the staff is courteous and helpful.

From the moment of arrival to our departure, Alchimy was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and the bed was excellent. Alchimy is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful centre of Albi. But the star of the show is the restaurant - whatever you do, leave space for the apricot pannacotta. If it is still available, it is wonderful!
Alchimy was as good as any, more expensive, hotel I have stayed in recently.

Welcoming staff, very clean and beautifully decorated. Huge bathroom with bath, rainshower and a separate loo. Great lighting with small bedside reading lights, everything thought of. Will definitely be visiting again!

Good location though hard to find.
Delicious food in restaurant and very helpful staff — but we did not stay here in the end because the room we were given had a very unpleasant smell. The staff agreed. It was the last available room in the hotel, so the staff made arrangements to check us into a sister hotel that was nearby. They walked over with our bags and helped us check into a lovely room.
