Centralt läge. Välstädat. Bra toalett

Lägenheten ligger under markplan, trappa ned från gatan. Minimala fönster- gluggar i kök och i ett av sovrummen. Sovrum nummer 2 utan fönster. Sängen i detta rum var för mjuk, madrassen sladdrig. När partner rörde sig försiktigt i sängen så rörde sig hela madrassen. Olika information om mikrovågsugn i texten. Texten behöver uppdateras och tydligare beskriva frånvara av fönster och att den ligger under markplan.

Wonderful apartment, lovely host. Would happily stay here again.

The host was lovely with excellent communication. The apartment was modern and will updated. It felt safe for 2 female travellers and the location was very convenient for access to the old town and also the port in the morning with our heavy suitcases.

We did run out of hot water after 2 medium-lengthed showers.

Superb

Very nice big apartment in a good location. Decent communication. All gadgets work well, nice terrace and garden.

There is a lot of noise coming from the bar outside the window from the bedroom during the nighr and air conditioning does not directly cover that room.

The location is great. Walking distance from the port / bus stations.

The shower is just unreasonable. If you like your shower time - find somewhere else. Also, single AC for all rooms was not enough.

good for short stay, good location

good value for money, good location right by the bus station, comfortable beds

Had to wait for boiler to heat to have a hot shower so only one person out of 4 was able to have a warm shower before we went out. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived but alerted owner right away and owner was apologetic

Great stay in split .

Host met us on arrival & left us to it with no fuss ..brought us fresh towells on request . Apartment was a good size for a family of 5 & was clean & tidy with a great terrace to enjoy a drink on at the end of the day .. 5 minute walk to the Riva & old town area , also had a few restaraunts in same street & a Tommy supermarket 20 metres up the street . Advice beach a short walk also . Would definitely book this apt again .

Good location but not value for money.

Only 5 or 6 minutes from the town centre. A supermarket one minute away. The washing machine was good. A decent sized fridge with freezer compartment. A kettle. We didn't do any cooking. A big terrace to sit on.

Not enough sheets for the beds. One duvet cover but no duvet - only very thick blankets - too hot for August. In fairness, he did bring more sheets and towels when I asked him. No hot water in the kitchen taps. The bathroom handle kept falling off so people got locked in. Shower over bath but no curtain and the nozzle holder didn't hold it straight, so water went everywhere. The host was very demanding. He wanted cash. I have always paid on booking.com in my own currency in advance. I asked if I could do a direct bank transfer but he said no. I asked to wait until the banks opened the next day to get better rates but he said no. Obviously a TAX DODGE!!! I therefore had to go to an ATM which, because of the terrible exchange rate and commission charges, it cost me over £90 (730 kuna) more!! So I gave him the cash and he quibbled over 8 kuna (less than £1). He said he has had other people who haven't paid. Fair enough. However, that could be avoided if they took advance payment via bank transfer, instead of dodging tax!
