The Hospitality team was very encouraging despite the disappointment at the start, the overall experience was good. The ambiance of the hotel was very good
They need to clean all the rooms regardless, the room we checked in C30 wasn’t clean. We had to engage the team to clean 1st, they opted to give another room C7 at around 8:00pm yet we arrived at 5:00pm

The breakfast was very good, I presented the concern of menu not being child friendly to cater for my 1year old and they made him a quick fix of mashed potatoes his favorite meal and he enjoyed making it my best experience at the facility.
Occupied room C3 and C4 as family, room C4 was very stuffy at the point of checking in that’s like 8pm yet we had booked in advance a day before and indicated even an earlier check in time, A sign that they weren’t ready for us . It cost us 2 hours out in the cold as we improvised to let in air because the children have allergies to stuffed rooms. Rm C3 bathroom door lock was faulty so it would lock us in and needed a person on the outside to keep intervening. The bed linen and pillow cases , towels were also browning and looking old just like the doors making it a worst experience.
