Sweet & beautiful memories

So nice of them to set up our room since I mentioned it was my 20th wedding anniversary. They did contacted me via WhatsApp to ask more about it & did all the beautiful deco before we checked in.

Just a sweet escape from hustle and bustle of a city.

Receptionist Mimi and Maya was very welcoming and engaging. They were very helpful in accommodating all of my questions.The location was serene surrounded by the greens and not very far from the city centre and amanjaya mall. The Ramadan buffet was splendid. So many stations provided local and some Italian foods. Kudos to the chefs and kitchen team. The swimming pool and the gym was well maintained and cleaned. The housekeeper did well although some nooks and cranies a bit dusty.

An upgrades are needed to the rooms and the courtyard. This might help the overall looks and more suits with the 4 star rating. For entity seekers this resort is a must visit ( if you know what i meant). No room service provided during Ramadan month as the the kitchen team focusing on the Ramadan buffet. Sahur food is a reheat menu from the previous Ramadan buffet. I don't mind it as I do the same at home.

Overall, we love it!

Room is spacious & very clean. Water pressure was very strong. The environment is very calm. Breakfast is not bad eventho not so much variety of menu.

Cannot connect to wife. I really hope they could change to smart TV so that we could just signed in to netflix straight away.

Pleasant stay and lots of facilities.

The room is spacious with nice decoration. Ample parking space. Security guard was friendly and helpful.

There was cockroach in the bathroom. Nevertheless, the resort have arranged for us to move to another room. The sound insulation could be improve further probably due to wooden door separated the rooms.

Parking in front of the room.

An old resort. Need to refurbish. Facilities and main building is a bit isolated from the hotel rooms. Toilet drainage a bit smelly.

Peaceful resort but with foreign worker's hostel

The room is newly refurbished. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious even with a lack of choices.

A part of the buildings are used as a foreigner worker's hostel. Not that they disturb the peace (they are all female), but the resort is supposedly exclusive to the visitors only.

Good experience, will choose this resort again.

The room arrangement was spacious. Easy for us (Muslim people) to solat. There were a variety of breakfasts to choose. I stayed during Hari Raya Aidilfitri and the breakfast matches the Hari Raya cuisine.

The lighting in the room was too dim which always make us fell want to sleep. If brighter a little bit, it can bring up the mood.

just location.

stayed there for 5 days during eid. our first night was disaster, despite the room refurbish, we found 6-7 big cockroaches in the room n toilet. we had to called the room service to bring us the cockroaches repellant. i cant sleep well that night. the next day also found about 2 cockroaches next to the curtain and behind the bed. need to clean moreee please the room!

Value for money

I think the management renovate the room to looks modern. Only stay for 1 night, so far all okay.

The room was not soundproof at all. Wake up midle of the night around 1am due to the sound of other guest just check in. To my suprise i can here every single conversation they have!

NOT OKAY CARPET REALLY SMELL

SERVICES IS OKAY FAST BUT ROOM REALLY DISSAPOINTED

ROOM IS DIRTY ESPEACIALLY TOLILET GOT HAIR, ALSO THE CARPET PLEASE CHANGE TO NEW ONE , ITS THE SECOND TIME I STAY HERE, STILL THE CARPET REALLY SMELL, I BET PEOPLE STAY THERE ALWAYS WEARING THEIR SHOES AT THE CARPET.

overall didnt reach my expectations but still worth the money paid

the interior is nice, bed was good, parking & pool is good

Got a room with connecting door & the wall is very thin that we can hear guests from other room talking / kids crying. Maybe just a bad luck that the kid(s) from the room beside likes to play with the door — very disturbing & uncomfortable. Hot shower settings in the bathroom is weird. The water was very hot like boiling water at the beginning & took us some time to adjust it to a nice temperature. Cleanliness wise, not that squeaky shiny clean — can do better. Breakfast was very disappointing to me. Not many choices of food.
