Accommodation fantastic, and location spot on.
I liked everything, just the pool (speaker system) and games area could do with a bit of a polish and uplift, but very minimal.

Granddaughters loved the pool and the games room the accommodation was brilliant nice walks within short driving distance just a brilliant place to relax and enjoy ourselves thank you

Lovely cottage surrounded by country side, large spacious cottage, facilities are good if you can use them
Called to arrange key and gate code collection and lady was rude on the phone, stated we had already been given it but this was incorrect. We attempted to call the owners when we arrived as there was no bedding on one of the single beds, they did not answer and I slept on a bed with no sheets the whole time. Keys left in open cottage, no one present to greet us. Didn’t meet the owners until day 3 in which we were penalised for not being shown how to use the swimming pool cover, we were not allowed to use it until we were told how but no attempts to contact us was made. Main reason we booked was the jacuzzi area however this did not work properly, bubbles not working and was a known issue for a while. This should have been advertised and when we informed the owner and explained we were disappointed, there was no effort to rectify or apology was given. Overall the cottage was nice and facilities would have been good if useable. Sadly we won't be returning.
