The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They learned my kids’ names and made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of opportunities for bird watching. The hotel is just far enough away from the noise of downtown but close enough to have easy access to all restaurants, major highways etc.

The grounds are beautiful

My room had 100s of ants in the kitchen and spider webs with live spiders in the bathroom and in the corner near my bed.

It appealed as was on the way back and had a pool but the actual hotel was disappointing.

It was our last night in Costa Rica and we had so many options but chose this on our way back from punta arenas. Without realising the rooms we booked had no air con which for the price seemed pretty surprising given all our other bookings. They gave us ‘villas’ but we had to top up. There was no one there, the staff were friendly but it wasn’t a great choice. Compared to the lovely breakfasts we’d had elsewhere this was lacklustre. Poor value for money and an anti climax.
