The kids enjoyed the waterpark, the staff was helpful, they took care of luggage when we checked in and out. The fast food place at the waterpark was a convenient lunch spot. They did clean the room during stays, but could be improved. Room had fridge, iron and kettle including other amneties
It's about a 30-40 minute drive from center & airport, in a quiet spot. Not many food options, but there's a restaurant, food truck, and grocery store close by. Breakfast could be better(2 on a scale of 5), but they'll make fresh omelets if you ask. The room was smaller than I thought.

The hotel is clean, and the environment is peaceful and comfortable. We especially liked the outdoor pool, which had three separate sections: one for adults, one for children, and one for very young children. There was also a small slide for children. It is a good place for a peaceful family vacation.

Breakfast was fantastic and served quickly. Staff could speak good English and were very polite and accommodating.
Some of the services (such as sauna) were not available but happy that was due to the time of year.
