The apartment is located on the top floor and offers stunning sea views from the living room and one of the bedrooms and from the large balcony, while the second bedroom overlooks the forest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a proper meal, including a stove, electric cooktop, large refrigerator, espresso machine, toaster, and various cooking utensils.
All rooms are fitted with TVs, although only cable channels are available. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay, with no issues, but guests should note that it is a free, unsecured network.
All rooms had AC.
The property has three swimming pools, including one for children, and the water temperature was pleasantly warm. Parking is available on-site for €25 per day; however, our host kindly arranged a parking space in a nearby lot, just across a small fence from the property, for €15 per day.
The beach is approximately a 5-minute walk away. Access requires descending a long staircase, which you will need to climb on the way back, but the short distance makes it very convenient overall.
Every day between approximately 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM, the water pressure dropped significantly, likely because many guests were returning from the beach and showering at the same time. It was not a major inconvenience for us, as we adjusted our shower schedule accordingly.

- Das Bettlaken denkt kaum die Matratzen ab man liegt jede Nacht auf der Matratze
- Die Badezimmertür geht nicht zu und es riecht, wenn Wasser läuft leicht nach Abfluss
- Der Duschkopf ist alt und verkalkt, shampoo und Co. Können nicht abgestellt werden, am einer Tür fehlen Dichtungen
- Es gibt ihm Bad keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen
- Die Küche ist mit etwas weniger als das minimum ausgestattet
- Das Sofa ist sehr hart und wirkt ziemlich unhygenisch
