Truly living in a small Greek village. Brand-new houses, with beautiful and very comfortable design. All the comforts of home in a location with a stunning view.
The pool area is charming and perfectly quiet to relax in.
7-minute drive to Methoni, plus more beaches and villages.
Marios is available at all times for any request.
The pool was a bit dirty, and it would have been nice if there were snacks for sale at the pool bar.

The whole complex and the studios(not villas) are very nice, modern furniture, clean, comfortable bed, garden is very well maintained and generally peaceful. Nice spot to relax away from busy areas.
Althought generally all the spaces of the room was crystal clean, unfortunately I had my first experience with bed bug bites which affected the rest of our holidays after. We just stayed there for few hours for the night to continue with the rest of our road trip so I didnt realized that those marks werent mosquitos until the next day. Also the toilet was leaking and water was on the floor of bathroom until kitchen. This would be ok, if the host just let us know about the problem and left us a mob or some towels to deal with it from the beginning. Instead of that he acted surprised like he saw the problem for the first time with us upon checkin, and we had to call him back to bring us something to wipe the floor.

The accommodation itself was very nice, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed the setting and the overall atmosphere of the property. The location was also very convenient. Overall, the accommodation was a very pleasant place to stay.
Unfortunately, the organisation and communication did not match the quality of the accommodation.
On arrival, there was nobody available to show us where our accommodation was, so we had to call twice. Later, we discovered that a code was required to exit the property by car, but this had never been communicated to us, so we had to call again.
The next morning, we went to the pool bar for coffee and found nobody there. When I politely mentioned these issues, the response was surprisingly defensive. Instead of simply acknowledging the lack of information, we received a detailed explanation of where the staff member had been at specific times and were told that we could have waited, called or sent a message. But that was precisely the issue: as guests on holiday, we should not have to repeatedly call someone for basic information or to access an advertised service.
Unfortunately, the same thing happened again on our last day. We waited around 20 minutes for coffee, with nobody at reception or behind the bar. When the staff member eventually arrived and realised who we were, his attitude became noticeably warmer: he offered us the coffees, chatted with my partner, gave us recommendations for the day and came to shake our hands when we left. The gestures were appreciated, although the sudden change in attitude after our previous exchange felt a little uncomfortable.
The swimming pool could also have been cleaner.
It is a shame because the accommodation itself is genuinely very good. Better communication, clearer information on arrival and more consistent availability would have made our experience much better.
