Good location for exploring Sorrento, and accessing the beach, port, and train station. Good breakfast, and it's possible to enjoy it on the balcony.
No facilities to cook or heat up food. The room wasn't soundproof.

the staff were really responsive, kind and friendly, and the location was close enough to everything, but also away from too much busyness.

the host was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast wasn’t quite as expected, mostly undercooked, as a Brit I expect it to look and be cooked to the standard of a B&B at home, sadly not the case. there was a kettle but no accompaniments, tea, coffee, sugar, milk even as a starter pack.
