Clean, good location and good facilities. The staff Diego was very nice and he recommended us a few places to eat
It’s in a 5th floor without elevator. No option to leave your luggage before/after the reservation

Confortável. Tem tudo pra cozinhar, tem sacada. Perto de tudo e da estação ferroviária. Voltaria com certeza.
Muita escada, ao ligar a máquina de lavar roupa e louça, junto com o ar condicionado. Caiu o disjuntor. Mas conseguimos ligar novamente e não usamos mais a máquina de lavar louça.

Très bon emplacement, fidèle aux photos. Le quartier est très sympathique et agréable. De nombreux excellents restaurants se trouvent à quelques pas du logement.
La terrasse est absolument formidable et très agréable, un véritable plus pour le séjour !
La propreté du logement était impeccable.
Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour.
Les matelas sont très usés et l’on sent clairement les ressorts, ce qui nuit au confort.
Le principal problème concerne la douche : le débit d’eau est extrêmement faible, à un point où il devient difficile de se doucher correctement. C’est vraiment un point à améliorer en priorité.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait que partiellement. L’appartement étant situé tout en haut du bâtiment, la chaleur y est particulièrement importante, ce qui rend les nuits peu agréables.
Nous n’avons pas contacté l’hôte pendant notre séjour, car nous ne restions que deux nuits et ne souhaitions pas passer notre temps à gérer ces différents problèmes.
