Was very satisfied with everything, Adrian and Carmel were excellent hosts and very knowledgeable about the area and we would definitely recommend this charming guesthouse from the comfy bed to the healthy breakfast, will certainly be back

Adrian and Carmel are wonderful hosts - approachable and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room, on the ground floor, suited our purposes in that it had all the facilities we wanted including a fridge, tea and coffee, widescreen TV and plenty of room; it was also quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and tasted excellent. While there was no specific parking allocated, this was not a problem at all during our stay and we were able to park almost directly outside of Pier39 each day. Thank you Adrian and Carmel for a lovely stay!
