Great location excellent host and a really lovely little piece of Amsterdam

The roof terrace apartment is really cosy. We arrived in a heat wave and having the terrace was brilliant along with the air con.

Could have done with an air fryer for cooking but we managed with the outside grill and microwave.

good situated, public transport nearby. The terrace has a view over the houses.

Parking fees in the streets around are ridiculously high (~60€/day). If you can, try to park outside of A'dam and use public transport instead. The apartment is very small and degraded. The door from the fridge dissolves, the shower is in the bed room (no door between).

No good at that place. Amsterdam was very good.

The location was ok

There was an overwhelming smell of old cigaret smoking. The place is "worn out" and do indeed need being renewed. Restoration, transformation, painting.... The cigaretsmell was so bad that we decided to leave for a hotel.
