Staff were very polite, including the front desk, room service, and security at the door. Ken was very hospitable and helpful to the guests. They also accommodated my request for an early check-in. Highly recommended!
There was no view from the window; we could only see the air-conditioning unit and the walls. We were staying on the 3rd floor.

The staff were really really nice and the location was good. Good for short stay :)
Well, I found a cockroach on my pillow. I know they are common in Manila and they let me change the room straight away so service is good
