We chose this hotel because our flight arrived late and we needed somewhere close to the airport to spend the first night before starting our holiday on the island. It was a great choice! The location is very convenient, close to the airport, and the hotel met all our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the self check-in/access system was very easy and convenient, especially when arriving late.
The only downside was the luggage storage. We had a free walking tour the following morning and, although we were able to leave our luggage after check-out, the storage location was in a different place that wasn’t particularly close, which was a little inconvenient.

The good thing was the location, in the center of Ponta Delgada. Overall it was clean, just with some issues.
However, our room was next to several air conditioning units. While it was quiet over the weekend, they became quite noisy during the week, making it hard to keep the window open. The shower drain was slow, causing water to accumulate in the cabin, which felt unhygienic. Also, some of the towels seemed not properly washed and had stains.
