The room was nice and the location is perfect. The staff was also friendly.
The biggest disadvantage of my room was the noise isolation. Because of the wooden ceiling/floors and the room located directly above mine, I could hear every step the neighbors took. It was quite loud and made it impossible to sleep late in the mornings since the walking overhead woke me up.
Also, be aware that there is no elevator. This can be a challenge if you have heavy luggage. However, I have to give a huge thank you to the staff, they were kind enough to help me carry my large suitcase up the stairs, which I really appreciated.

The location is great, as central as can be. All the main sightseeing is within walking distance, plus plenty of great food options. The staff members are very nice and welcoming. Room was clean.
For a "Deluxe Quadruple Room" in a "4 star" hotel, the room was very small and sparse in terms of furniture and comfort. The photos are flattering, it is closer to a nice hostel than a 4 star hotel. Storage space was minimal and the bathroom was purely basic/functional, and the AC unit did not work well at all. After the staff reset the AC, it got cooler, but not to the temperature we were trying to set with the remote. We were on the third floor, no elevator, and the only way up is a somewhat dicey narrow glass staircase that could pose a problem for elderly travelers or those with lots of luggage. The bedding also mildly irritated my skin and had me itching.
