How close it was to the small port, the breakfast was good and the outside of the property was also nice
Don’t have rooms with queen or king size beds, the shower head was throwing water up to the ceiling

Cold A/C plus a wall mounted fan to distribute the air, comfortable beds and convenient location for walking everywhere in the port of Boca Chica and a fairly decent breakfast.
Music from the next door establishment, poor insulation between walls so that you hear your neighbors and some sour staff working there.
