About this apartment rental

65m2 apartment, classified 3 stars. Duplex in a country house, ideally located in the heart of the old village of Chantemerle, near the start of the slopes (about 100 meters) and shops. Facing south, terrace of 21 m2. Very nice view, totally cleared. Comfortable and very well equipped. Wifi, bluetooth speaker, radio & flat screen TV with HDMI2 cable. Vaulted living room of 27m2, fireplace with insert. One bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 bedroom, on the lower level, with 4 beds (1 double bed 140x190 + bunk beds 90x200). A bathroom and a shower room, two separate WC. End of stay cleaning and linen rental optional, payable locally.
