All staff was kindly and respectful and professional, was impeccable.
No swimming pool and some works in progress on the roof make him inaccessible

B’Yang the manager was exceptionally good at helping customers, probably best manager I have come across! Nothing was too hard for him. Hotel was in great location easy walk into town
Only down side was the construction going on across the road, but nothing can be done about that

The complex has a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Staff is very friendly. They assisted me very kindly with every single request.
It is not that there were any dislikes. But I would like to suggest to have a bit more comfortable furniture (couch) in the rooms.
