Nice location, superb breakfast
Room felt a bit old, but thats the style of the hotel, it did not bother us at all

Location. Room. And property were great.
The pool was the smoking area which made it unusable often. The WiFi was slow. The breakfast was small and nothing special worth the price.

The staff is really super nice and welcoming. The two cats are cute and friendly. The swimming pool is great and refreshing after a day exploring, with a nice view. The old city is close by foot. The room comfortable. So far my best stay, i always felt welcomed and the lady at breakfast remembers what i like by day 2 (iced matcha latte with no sugar :) )
The air conditioning system is a bit noisy (but that has been the case everywhere in Asia so far) but at least its working great

Good location, really great staff and an outstanding breakfast.
Property has become very worn with quite a bit of deferred maintenance.
Shower head holder broken… bars pulling from the walls in the bathroom etc.
It is time for some money to be put into this property.
