tres bon rapport qualité/prix

L'hôtel est très bien placé, a 2 pas des remparts de la vieille ville. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les visites

Agréable, petit dej super, chambre aléatoire

La piscine est certe petite mais très agréable. L’emplacement est parfait. Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner qui était vraiment très bon! Laundry service rapide. Personnel très gentil.

Cela dépendra de la chambre sur laquelle vous tomberez.. notre première chambre était un peu glauque avec plafond bas et sans vraie fenêtre. Nous avons pu changer pour une chambre avec vue sur le chedi qui elle était vraiment parfaite. Les salle de bains sont pour moi le petit point noir car mal aménagées et les joints de douche sales Sachez que si vous comptez payer en CB ils appliquent 3% de frais (comme a priori pas mal d’autres établissements)

An ok hotel if on a budget

Close to the old town in Chiang Mai, staff willing to help with anything

Bad experience

Breakfast and staff

No elevator, small rooms, the pool was very small the pictures are fake. Bad location, I felt insecure and expensive for what it is.

Excellent position to be in the center of all

Very good breakfast and the fruits served were always fresh and very good. Good position near Chinatown and the old city. We booked three towers ahead of coming and were all very nice: Doi Suthep temple was half a day with the receptionist who was on a private tour and he was very knowledgeable of the history and responded well to all our questions, thanks Son :) We also did a full-day tour of Chang Rai which was intense but very nice, and as the last one we did a cooking class with Smile Organic farm, it was a highlight of our vacation in Thailand, starting from the local market to making curry paste from scratch to cooking three dishes yourself (half-day course). The room is big and cozy and clean, complimentary water and amenities. Nice bathroom with spacious shower.

Early breakfast to catch the tour on time needs some more organization. We had a tour booked that was going to pick us up from the hotel at 07:00 so the evening before we asked for an early breakfast (06:45) and chose what we wanted, the morning of the tour we waited 15min for the first plate and a bit more for the second. Luckily the tour van was late, otherwise we would have had to without having breakfast.

Cozy and intimate The resident cats help with the stress level and make it feel like home. Staff are super helpful and attentive Excellent breakfast

Una ciudad bulliciosa y amable

Buen desayuno, buena ubicación, piscina muy pequeña pero suficiente. Tampoco íbamos a entrenarnos para la olimpiada. Tenían un pequeño aparcamiento que nos facilitaron y nos cambiaron de habitación a otra mas grande.

Personnel extra dans un cadre agréable et bien placé

Personnel exceptionnel, toujours disponible souriant et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner très sympa et de qualité. La piscine a le mérite d’être la bien que l’espace piscine soit un peu petit.

Chambre un peu exiguë et qui manque de rangement. Largement compensé par tous les points positifs.

Vous pouvez aller au Chedi home les yeux fermés. Tout est propre, impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment super. Le personnel est très efficace et aux petits soins. Je recommande à 100%

Idéalement placé et parfait pour un séjour court.

La situation idéal de l'hôtel dans Chiang Mai, pas loin de la vieille ville, pas loin du terminal de bus et du night market. Le personnel est très agréable et propose des solutions pour vous arranger ( gardiennage de nos bagages pendant notre trek, navette retour à la gare de bus..) Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

le coté pas "pratique " des chambres ( trop de meubles ou pas assez optimisé pour le rangement...)

Great little hotel

Charming hotel on the edge of Chiang Mai's old town. It had a nice homely feel about it, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and food was available at other times. Our room was fine if a little small. There was a compact pool area with a handful of sun beds. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

The man at reception who looked like Benny Hill tried to sell us an excursion every time we walked past. It became irritating after a while.

nice stay very close to the old city center

great location, great view, pool, great breakfast. discounts for tour bookings. taxi arrangements. good mosquito screens at windows.

i did not like that smoking was allowed at the pool, but i guess the smokers see that differently. 😉 you could hear the neighbors but earplugs helped. nothing major at all!

Vicini al centro, immersi in una simpatica tranquillità

Struttura molto graziosa, di dimensioni medio-piccole e quindi ci si sente subito a casa anche grazie al personale estremamente disponibile e simpatico. Abbiamo trovato i tour proposti dalla struttura ben organizzati e a prezzi concorrenziali con quelli delle tante agenzie turistiche che si trovano in città.

Attenzione perché la colazione - che a noi è comunque piaciuta molto - è alla carta e non a buffet.

Not cozy, not like the images , no proper sockets, good breakfast

Breakfast was nice

The place is nothing like the images You don’t get to have a view and the view is only for 1 room or so, the rest don’t get a proper window The location is a bit off The there are no proper sockets in the room and they give an extension that you have to place in the middle of the room and plug your devices 🤦‍♀️ The lighting is poor and there are no lights by the bed The building and the furniture is old I would suggest to look for something cozies as there are options for the same price rate

Super Frühstück (Auswahl aus mehreren verschiedenen Menüs möglich), schnelle Wege überall hin, super freundliches Personal!

Hatten ein kleines Zimmer gebucht. Würde nächstes Mal das Familienzimmer für 2 Personen buchen. Ablagefläche im Bad fehlt.

Chedi home is a great place to stay

Staff there was best I have ever encountered especially Nana she works in the reception. When I lost my phone she helped me for the next two weeks letingt me use her phone to keep in touch with Australia breakfast my room and location was 10 out of 10 I will definitely be staying so there again when I come back at Christmas.

I did not like that I had to come back to Australia

mi sono trovato bene in tutto !!

Ottima posizione vicina al centro, e nelle vicinanze presenza di un 7eleven e un mercatino, personale della struttura cortese e disponibile, camera spaziosa e pulita con servizio giornaliero. Abbondante colazione con amplia scelta tra dolce salato e frutta, soddisfatto del mio soggiorno qui . consigliato !!

On y est tellement bien

Personnel aux petits soins : très à l’écoute et n’hésite pas à proposer des solutions sur mesure en fonction de vos envies. Petit déjeuner extra (pas un buffet mais large choix de plats et de boissons). Piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Situation stratégique entre le centre et les nombreux marchés le soir. Rapport qualité-prix top ! On a prolongé notre séjour tellement on y était bien.

Nice people but not a hotel

Location was nice and the staff were lovely

The wifi was awful, the aircon constantly goes on and off again. They shouldnt list gym facilities as it was one machine that was old and rusty

Staff go above and beyond!

We arrived at 6am from an overnight bus from Kanchanaburi and the staff were really accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags and use the facilities such as the pool, shower etc until our room was ready- which was the same for check out too as our train wasn't until 3pm. The breakfast was amazing and if you going on an early morning trip then they would make you breakfast extra early before kitchen was open. Beds were super big and comfy! Even let us use the the printer to print our cambodian visas and train tickets.

We booked a tour to Chiang Rai with the hotel, which was OK and they got us a very good priced/had a promo on. They did try push us some of the elephant tours that still let people ride/bathe, but we were very specific about not wanting that- so bare that in mind if you book that through them.
