JIb Jib at the front desk made us feel welcome, helped with ideas for why to do and see and then made all our bookings for us. All the tours she recommended were great. A super positive and cheerful person that made our stay feel special. The hotel itself is extremely well located-walking distance to all the sights in Old Town and just across the water to the night bazaar (20 min walk). Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh water supplied, laundry across he street for 50 baht a kilo and quiet at night.

Location
No lift. Very steep stairs to 3 rd floor. Bed access very difficult in standard room.

It was a good value for money. It was a good room to stay for 1 night.
The staff was really nice!
The location was pretty close to the food market and the area we were interested in
I don't think it's fair to call it "boutique" hotel - it's not.
