Clean big rooms, the staff was very friendly,
prepared for our baby a crib with all the beddings.

I booked and received a two-room apartment. The rooms were quite large and spacious but it not had a kitchen.
At the entrance, there was a panel for the underfloor heating system, but unfortunately, the cover was missing, leaving all the pipes exposed. The air conditioning was a centralized system with wall-mounted units; unfortunately, it struggled to cope with the heat and was completely inefficient.
The bathroom was quite small, and both the sink and the toilet bowl had limescale stains. They used to serve breakfast, but sadly, they no longer do—a major downside in my opinion. Even though there is a space in the basement with a kitchen and plenty of tables and chairs, breakfast is no longer provided at all.
It looks like the property is up for sale; there is a sign outside advertising apartments for purchase. It is essentially an apartment building where the units are rented out as hotel-style accommodation. Also, many visual issues... dirty, cracked walls, moldy bathroom caulk, a missing cover on a wall light fixture, plus other minor things.
It’s quite far from the city center, and the location doesn't have its own dedicated parking, but you can park on the small street out front. I almost always found a spot.

Good location, close to mall and restaurants. The girl at the reception was very kind. The rooms are big.
the hotel looked like it was on the verge of bankruptcy. The rooms are depreciated and the breakfast was bad.
