Vila Castelo Parque

Apartment was beautiful - fully equipped for all our needs - comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, good wifi, everything in kitchen, complementary bottle of wine as well as bread and milk, balconies with loungers, table and hottub. The staff were welcoming and helpful and time was taken to recommend things to see in Ferragudo and we were shown to the apartment by the staff member. Such personal service was really appreciated. Our return flight was at night - we were given a couple of extra hours to check out, which was very kind and we had the use of pool, gym and showers until we left by taxi kindly arranged by reception. I felt really valued as a guest here and nothing was too much trouble. Immaculately kept pool, gym, tabletennis and pool bar, lounge area for gathering during the day. We spent our beach time on Praia Grande, about 10 mins walk - beautiful soft sandy beach with no dips, and inflatable playground for the energetic. Ferragudo is so chill, little streets, the square for eating and hanging out. We felt really relaxed after a few days here.

I couldn't find fault. We had a row with our induction hob the one evening we ate in, but full instructions were included in the appliance manual and we fixed it easily.

The location was perfect for a family to enjoy the Algarve region, a lovely family friendly beach a few minutes walk away, and also walking distance to the little village center. The apartment was spacious, luxurious and had amazing views. Our family truly vacationed and would definitely book again.

The property arranged a taxi to collect us at the airport with keys to the apartment. It was very well organised and the driver carried our luggage to the door and passed us the keys. The apartment was large and airy, great air conditioning, clean and nicely decorated. The pool and bar was lovely, modern, plenty of sun loungers and spotlessly clean. The staff at reception and the bar were really helpful and friendly- would stay again!

Our only concern was that the spiral staircase to the upstairs was a bit wobbly, but would likely be easily fixed.
